This role requires a self-motivated professional that is capable of managing concurrent tasks while prioritizing efficiency & abstraction. The ideal candidate can operate with extreme organization, intense attention to detail, and a skill for making complexities seemingly disappear. You enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease. No task is too small or too big for you to take on.
To be successful, this position will require you to operate proactively, anticipating needs rather than waiting for direction. You will need to truly partner with the CEO/CTO to coordinate and manage aspects of their duties.
Organizational design.

Assist in recruiting.
Supporting the office of the CEO and CTO.
Project/Task Management: Manage tasks across different projects. This includes following up on pending tasks and deliverables with team members on the CEO's behalf or managing communications and deadlines.
Calendar / Time Management: Managing CEO's calendar; remain aware of his current priorities and long-term goals to schedule his meetings in most effectively and productively.
Driving Goals: Collecting and driving a list of key decisions the CEO needs to make each day, such as things to sign, documents to review, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders, etc.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: In preparation for meetings, ensure the CEO is provided with detailed and thorough itineraries; attend various meetings as necessary and follow up on action items.
Handling Administrative & Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Proactively taking on tasks to assist the CEO to run daily activity smoothly.
Demonstrated understanding of technology tools, and an interest in learning the latest applications to enhance productivity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, empathy and high EQ.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
You're a problem solver, you think strategically about what needs to be done, and you do it.
You read email threads thoroughly before responding.
