Merchant Support Engineer.

Role Description

Help merchants with integration.

The first point of contact for technical issues from merchants

Communicate feedback from merchants to the team.

Triage and Escalate customer issues as necessary.

Participate in product development meetings and advocating for users based on feedback and interactions.

Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is advantageous.

Experience with programming especially PHP is desired.

Experienced using CMS like WordPress and installing plugins is desired.

Customer service experience is required.

Experience with documentation is a plus.

Good command of English and effective communication skills is a plus.

Process-oriented and a focused mindset.

The ability to retain important information.

Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.

Must live in Abuja.
